Curriculum

Al ver la obra de Patricia me llamó la atención su sensibilidad y rigurosidad, al conocerla personalmente su entusiasmo y pasión. La cito aquí: "Cuando descubrí la acuarela supe inmediatamente que eso era lo que andaba buscando hace muchísimo tiempo. Había probado casi todas las técnicas y no había ninguna que me satisfaciera por completo, hasta que ahí entremedio de conversaciones y pinceladas se me mostró casi como una revelación, y supe que eso era mi hallazgo. Y así con esa la misma emoción del primer hallazgo preparo los colores, dibujo en el papel lo que necesito pintar, tomo los pinceles y todo fluye de manera natural, casi sublime. Y justo en la mitad del trance, me arrepiento y pienso que está mal, que el color, que la forma...pero sigo porfiadamente...y entonces aparece el resultado, me detengo, miro, respiro y solo entonces descanso de esta búsqueda que se reanudará en otro momento de impulsividad." Looking at Patricia's work I was surprised of the sensibility and rigorousness, on meetting her, of her enthusiasm and passion. I quote her:" When I discovered watercolor I knew inmediately that it was what I have beeing searching for long time. I have tried almost every medium and no one satisfied me, until one day among conversations and brushstrokes it appeared almost as a revelation, and I knew it was my discovery. With that same emotion I prepare colours, draw the paper, handle brushes and everything flows in a natural way, almost sublime. Just in the midlle of trance, I repent, think it is wrong,question the color, the form...but I go on stubbornly...and then result appears; I stop, look, breathe and only then I relax from this search that will continue in a new moment of impulse."
