La pintura la trabajo principalmente sobre tela montada en bastidor, con óleo en capas delgadas, usando pinceles blandos. Algunas tienen un boceto previo en acrílico,muy pocas están ejecutadas enteramente en pintura acrílica, en otras he usado la técnica de los antiguos maestros, una capa inferior de temple con pigmento blanco sobre fondo obscuro para indicar las luz y sombra, y luego veladuras de óleo. Trabajo lentamente, en sesiones de no más de 2 horas cada una. English I usually work on canvas, using mainly oil painting, in thin layers, with soft brushes. Some of the paintings have a loose sketch in acrilics, very few are done completely with acrilic painting, in others I have used the mixed-tecnique of the old masters, with egg medium and white pigment over dark ground to indicate light and shade,and finished wiyh layers of colored transparent oil. I work slowly, in many short sessions no longer than 2 hours each.
